Practical money skills for women in Southern California

Enrich Fiscal Fitness helps women understand money more clearly, so they can make stronger decisions about investing, work, family, and the lives they want to build.

Founder Helen Huang brings years of entertainment dealmaking experience to this work. At Showtime Networks, she negotiated major programming agreements in a role that required financial analysis, strategic negotiation, long-range thinking, and careful attention to how consequential decisions are made.

Through her relationships with women across entertainment and media, Helen saw a familiar gap: talented, hard-working women had built successful careers, but still wanted a clearer, more private place to understand investing, debt, retirement, career transitions, burnout, and the major financial decisions that shape a life.

Enrich Fiscal Fitness now offers private coaching, group courses, and financial wellbeing workshops for organizations. Sessions are practical, warm, and accessible — designed for women’s ERGs, leadership programs, universities, nonprofits, professional associations, and women who want to talk about money without shame, jargon, or sales pressure.

The work is educational, but it is also deeply human. In Enrich Fiscal Fitness spaces, women can ask the questions they have carried quietly for years, sort through decisions that feel heavy, and still find room to laugh about the ordinary financial absurdities of life — from retirement accounts to credit card debt to the breathtaking cost of being a bridesmaid.
